Description

Rawleigh’s Bacon Pieces are soya based which is a rich source of protein, lecithin, Vitamins A, B and E and also calcium, potassium and phosphorus.
 
Use as a tasty and attractive garnish for a variety of foods wherever you would have used bacon.  Ready for use straight from the packet, does away with the need to chop and fry bacon.  Adds the flavour and texture of old fashioned hickory smoked bacon to salads, vegetables, omelettes, dips, casseroles, sandwiches, soups and sauces.

Wheat starch
Vegetable oil
Textured soya protein
Flavour enhancer (635)
Hydrolized vegetable protein (Maize)
Natural smoke flavour

Bacon Spread
227g packaged softened cream cheese           7.5ml prepared horseradish
2-3 tsp Rawleigh’s Bacon Pieces (to taste)       1-2 tsp finely chopped onion
¼ tsp salt                                                           pinch of Rawleigh’s Black Pepper
Add the ingredients to the softened cream cheese and chill until ready to use.  Use as a spread for sandwiches, crackers and biscuits.
