What will it cost me to have an order delivered? For Australian customers please select the appropriate freight rate. If you contact your local Rawleigh’s Distributor there may be no delivery charge.
What do I do if my order doesn't arrive? If your order has not arrived within five (5) working days, please contact us immediately so we can track what has happened to your purchase.
Can I combine freight? Regardless of the size of your order, you will only be charged once for freight.
What if what I want is out of stock? In some cases - stock may be available in one country and not the other. In this case, if you purchase an item that is not available you will have an option of receiving a refund or amending your order. You will be contacted by one of our office staff to sort this out.
